Kelly Jimenez, Director
Kelly Jimenez studied Early Childhood Education at Cypress College, where she received her AA Degree, and at California State University, Fullerton.
She has been involved with FFUMC Preschool since 1998, first as a parent and then as a teacher. She currently teaches in the oldest class and is the Director. It is a program she is passionate about as all three of her children attended preschool here.
Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert and their three adult children. Her hobbies include family game night, reading and baking.
Kelly feels very blessed to work with young families. She is passionate about providing the best program where children can use play to develop socially, emotionally, creatively and spiritually.

Kim Galea
Kim Galea has worked with children for over 30 years as the Director of Family Ministries at FFUMC and enjoys teaching preschool.
She has been involved with the preschool since 1992 first as a parent then as a substitute teacher and has served on the Preschool Advisory Council since 1991. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Fullerton in Child Development and Child Psychology.
Kim and her best friend Mike love catering, planning events, and cooking. Kim also loves spending time with her grandkids!
Jennifer Schrandt
Jennifer Schrandt received her Bachelors in Speech Communications from California State University, Fullerton. After a decade working for a major automotive company, she found her true love in the classroom, and therefore, obtained her Early Childhood Education Certificate and Supervisor/Administrator Certificate from North Orange County Continuing Education. For the past 24 years, she has taught various ages from infant through PreK, and was a director for a couple of years.
She and her husband, Dave, were married here at FFUMC, and have 3 adult children all who have grown up at FFUMC. For fun, she and her husband work together creating stained glass and home decor items, and are a regular vendor at local craft boutiques. When she is not creating, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with friends.
Jennifer is very excited to be a part of the wonderful, rich history here at FFUMC Preschool. She remains passionate about the importance of early childhood development, and truly enjoys working with parents to provide their children with a positive school experience!
Joanne Tran
Joanne Tran received her degree in Environmental Science and Policy Bachelor of Arts, from California State University, Long Beach. She found her passion for working with children and has achieved her Early Childhood Education Certificate from North Orange County Continuing Education. She has taken additional classes at Orange Coast College. Her goal is to continue to work in the field and obtain her Masters in Early Childhood Education.
She has been involved with the preschool since 2000 as a teacher. She feels very blessed to be teaching at FFUMC Preschool.
Joanne enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include singing, listening to music, video games, watching movies and food adventures.
